Funeral costs will depend on the type of service you need

Paying for the funeral
- a deposit is due at the start of our arrangements (this covers payments made to third parties - disbursements)
- the remaining balance is due after the funeral
- you can pay by cheque, direct bank transfer or cash
Help paying for the funeral
You may be eligible for the following
- funeral payment, if you're on a low income (up to about £1030)
- bereavement payment (£2000)
- bereavement allowance (about £30 - £100 per week)
NB funeral payments are usually paid after the funeral has take place
