What you need to do to get started
- register the death at any Registrars Office (we will need to FORM 14)

- the opening of the grave/doctors' cremation documents
2. I will come to you or we can meet at my office
What we will talk about
- whether its going to be a burial, woodland burial or cremation
- who should conduct the service
- where and when to have the service
- what personal elements to add to the service
- any special music or hymns to be played at the service
- if hymn sheets are required
- if any of the family wish to do a reading during the service
- transport for the funeral
- whether family wish to be involved carrying the coffin
- choice of coffin
- if anyone would like to view the deceased
- any special clothing, jewellery or mementos
- obituary notices for newspapers
- if there are to be donations to charities
- if returning somewhere for a funeral tea
What documents we will need
- Form 14 from the Registrars
- the cemetery title deeds
- we will complete cemetery/cremation application forms
3. Ashes
- after the cremation I will collect the ashes from the crematorium and deliver them to you on a suitable date
