paying for the funeral

• a deposit is due at the start of our arrangements
• (this is to cover payments made to third parties - disbursements)
• the remaining balance is due after the funeral
• you can pay by cheque, direct bank transfer, or cash

help paying for the funeral

you may be eligible for the following

• funeral payment, if you're on a low income (from £1030)
• bereavement payment (£2000)
• bereavement allowance (about £30 - £100 per week)

NB funeral payments are usually paid after the funeral has take place
